Return Policy

Headset Returns

We accept returns of headsets within 14 days of purchase date under the following conditions:

Product Condition Requirements:

  • Headset must be in perfect, unused condition

  • No signs of wear, scratches, scuffs, or any physical damage

  • No fingerprints, smudges, or cleaning marks on lenses or surfaces

  • All components must function exactly as new

Required Items for Return:

  • Original headset in pristine condition

  • Remote control (unused, perfect condition)

  • Protective case (unused, perfect condition)

  • All original accessories

  • Original packaging and documentation

  • Proof of purchase

Return Process:

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of original purchase date

  • All returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt

Important Notes:

  • Products showing any signs of use or wear will be rejected and returned to customer at their expense

  • Damaged packaging may result in return rejection

  • Processing of approved returns may take 5-7 business days after receipt
