Headset Returns
We accept returns of headsets within 14 days of purchase date under the following conditions:
Product Condition Requirements:
Headset must be in perfect, unused condition
No signs of wear, scratches, scuffs, or any physical damage
No fingerprints, smudges, or cleaning marks on lenses or surfaces
All components must function exactly as new
Required Items for Return:
Original headset in pristine condition
Remote control (unused, perfect condition)
Protective case (unused, perfect condition)
All original accessories
Original packaging and documentation
Proof of purchase
Return Process:
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of original purchase date
All returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt
Important Notes:
Products showing any signs of use or wear will be rejected and returned to customer at their expense
Damaged packaging may result in return rejection
Processing of approved returns may take 5-7 business days after receipt

Digital Purchases:
All app store purchases are non refundable and governed by the platform terms of service - Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
